of line + or extra +

The two reports affected are (1) a columnar report of the registrants
for a meeting, and (2) a summary report showing all of the fees paid
by each registrant, the total per registrant, and a subtotal of all of
the columns in the page footer. Both are important to the registration
process.
As I said, these are the only two affected. The others, including the
registration badge/receipt, work fine.
