Funny you should ask. I was just wondering this morning if one could
CONNECT to a 7.6 database using 7.6, yet use the Oterro 8.0 driver to
SCONNECT an 8.0 database (with the known caveats regarding table and column
names.)

I've not yet had the time to test it out.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - 8.0 ODBC question

I'm been experimenting with 8.0

I am able to connect to a 7.5 database using Oterro 3.5

I am wondering what the risks are here. Is there potential for corrupting
the 7.5 database?

Any information would be very helpful.

Thanks
