Does the -ERROR- display on all workstations with Turbo V-8
running on MS Vista?
What happens on the other workstations running MS XP?
Most likely, the Vista security needs adjusted to read all
files under \RBTI\RBG8 folder, including \Languages.
Hope that gives you some blues clues ...
