In Virus Scan Console, under Access Protection, uncheck "Prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail." You'll also see Port 25 indicated on this setting.

Till now we've not found any setting in McAfee to allow R:Mail to send mails. The only bad work around is to switch of McAfee. Who has experience or even a solution with McAfee and R:Mail ?
