Hi Bernie Have had similar effects on customer site. Even we had the effect some PCs works fine, some sometimes and some not at all. Does your customer use McAfee too?
I couldn't find a solution and replaced MapiMail by R:Mail. Now it works fine and users have no extra dialogs.
