Well, somehow I've messed up my development copy of a client database.

This database is connected by both 7.1 and 7.6 as we slowly convert a bunch of
users over to 7.6. The production copy of the database is fine, but on my
development copy I get List Index Out Of Bounds whenever I connect with version
7.1. Then, whenever I try to access the forms table (EDIT USING, BROWSE * FROM
SYS_FORMS3, or even just using the forms tab in the database inspector) I get
the same error -- and no form.

I can still connect fine from 7.6.

I still need to do some 7.1 compatible work on the system. While I could
rebuild a development system from my production database and a lot of copying
and pasting I'm hoping there's some simpler action I can take.

(PS: I tried a reload using 7.1 which revealed a bad row pointer in one table,
but the repaired database exhibits all the same problems as described above)
