I would do Show at the R> and print the results using both
versions, then compare and hope you see something different.

Any other items I should look at. A 4.5 times speed reduction is
unacceptable. I must be missing something else.
Thanks,
Dan

Subject: [RBASE-L] - V8 Turbo Speed issues
Hi,
I created a backup of our database, and did a full unload, rename files
and load as described by Razzak last week... no errors, good clean fresh
database. Then I updated to R:Base V8 again, no errors. Programs run fine, but
seem quite a bit slower. Are there any settings I may have missed? It runs
slower on the local drive than 7.6 does across the network with the same
forms/Data.
Any suggestions?
Dan
