  Marc,

You can use the email options under reports. I presented this at last years
conference.
Check out 2 documents at www.razzak.com/fte
  UnderstandingTheBuiltInE-MailCapabilitiesOfReportDesigner.pdf
  All_About_Print_Command.pdf

The downside of this approach is that it is difficult to format anything for
the message body.
You about just have to say "Refer to the attachment".

I also use RMail30 for sending html documents to my customers. This gives a
lot more flexibility.
Just used it to send out a customer service survey with a link back to my
database to automatically collate the responses.

The only downside I have found to either approach is that some email systems
at my customers see this as "re-directed mail" and rejected it.

    Subject: [RBASE-L] - Email Statements

    Hi

I am thinking about adding a feature to email statements or
invoices to customers. We have 200-400 invoices that need
    to be sent each month.

What is the best way to handle this? MapiMail ..2,3,4 ?
I know many email servers block over 100 at a time due to spam
    filters.

I would like the invoice in the body of the email instead of an attachment.

    Thanks for any suggestions
    Marc
