Oh well, somebody's got to ask - it might as well be me to show that I probably haven't been paying proper attention but what is R:BASE eXtreme for Windows?

Regards,
Alastair.

At least not in 7.5. Does it work in 7.6/8?

Here's how:

01. Start R:BASE 7.6, Turbo V-8 or R:BASE eXtreme for Windows

02. While in Form Designer, place a Variable or DB Edit control

    Object Properties | Effects

Notice the additional option for "Format Mask"

That's all there is to it!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
