Paul,
Format is leaving room at the left end of the numbers for the minus sign.
You will have to eliminate that. Here are some options:

1) before your WRITE:

SET VAR vLastLine=(srpl(.vLastline,' ',NULL,0))

2) Use LJS() to left-justify each formatted value

('T1' + ljs(format(.fknt,'000000')) + ljs(format(.hknt,'000000')) _ etc.
