I use a free emulator called DOSBOX whenever I have old apps that I
cannot run very well on XP or Vista.

I have not tried RB DOS in it, but it has always run anything DOS based
for me without any issues

It is my understanding that Vista has no provisions for any kind of DOS
emulation. 

If that is an incorrect assumption could someone correct me.
