Gunnar, I'm positive that you need a 3rd party app. We used UltraVNC with great success in my old job (http://www.uvnc.com/). It integrates with Windows domains, so we could use Windows accounts and groups to restrict access, and there is an encryption plugin so we did not have to worry about any data being transmitted in the clear. It also allows you to blank the screen (the screen is shown by default), or just lock out the keyboard and mouse so you can share control, just show what you are doing, or hide everything completely.
