Steve, Have you considered creating a view specific for that form which puts together a join to give you the data you need for the lookup

You are the one who knows the most about your database and table structure. My crystal ball doesn't reach that far. Have you tried the suggested expression in R:BASE 7.6 or Turbo V-8 for Windows?
