Karen, That should resolve it. In addition, having the PDF backup file should also come handy when "re-printing" any given invoice/statement on demand (page nn-nn), if deemed necessary. On a side note, if your report control(s) does not utilize "Look Ahead" option or Report System Variables, such as "Page Set with Description" or "Page Number with Description", you may set the Report "Pass Setting" to "One Pass". This should expedite the print process when printing or creating an output file, such as PDF. Very Best R:egards, Razzak.
