Break your report down into 4-5 smaller PDFs by using a WHERE clause and
printing several times?

Paul: Aren't you clever? So I should lassoe everything, change the font
to white, save to a PDF file and then print and get all-white paper that I
could reuse? Of course, some people would suggest that you never re-use
paper in a laser...

I didn't think about the filesize. This would be one HUGE PDF file,
wouldn't it? Has anyone on this list created a PDF file with thousands of
pages?

Karen

That would also let you know if it was spooling or memory or both. PDF tend
to be larger in size. Also think green and change the font etc all to white
and test. Saves paper and ink
