Rachel I did as you suggested and did not set the allowed time. I still get the same results. It only happens when the email is not sent! Before the email appears I get a message that asks for permission to access the outlook address book for 'n' minutes or deny access. I have set the permission for 1 minute. When the email appears, if it is not sent, my computer hangs up as if it is waiting for it to be sent and has to be rebooted. Should there be a line in the eep that would cancel or release the rbl?
