Thanks Claudine.  I also have a grid for 2x 4 labels.  The routine works whether you have to print one label or pages of labels.  Subsequent pages (after the first) start printing in the upper left and fill the whole page, or at least as many labels as you have addresses.

And it should work whether you traverse left to right or top to bottom - just arrange the numbered buttons in the correct pattern of traversal.

You're welcome Bernie. I use it all the time in reports but I had not
tested it with labels.

Nice routine Doug! One to keep in the GEMS file.

Ah So, Claudine!
Thanks, it works -- now why didn't I think of that?
It required one more click -- before Page Setup, need to click File, but I
found it.

LABELS | AVERY | 8160 | Page Setup | Layout | Column
Traversal: Left to right?

I want to print Avery Label 8160
It's 3 across and 10 deep.
If I only want to print 9 labels, I want them to print across instead of
columnwise.

This way I can still use the rest of the page at a later time.

So how do I do this?
