Technically, R:BASE (CVAL('PORTS')) function is intended to show all
available PRINTER ports, similar to MS EnumPorts (Print Devices).
Having said that, including the list of "All Ports" will be a very
good enhancement to existing (CVAL('PORTS')) function in R:BASE!
