I was using the latest 7/1 build of 7.6 but re downloaded it again and the
PROPERTY <DBRichTextControlCompID> SHOW_EDITOR 'LASTCHAR'
now works but
PROPERTY subjid LastChar 'TRUE' does not seem to work, not yet at least.
I will keep trying on that. Also, it would work better for my app if the
Editor
did not pop up.
I am trying to have it where we press a Button, some boiler plate text is
added to the
end of the Varchar field and we can see the last paragraph, then press
another button
to add another paragraph. ....

The Property ...CopyToClipboard does not pick up the contents
of the DB Edit. I am using Ctrl V to copy the field ID to put
in the Property command to make sure I it is correct ID and
that stays in the clipboard. and the Paste to command places
that in the field not instead of the DB Edit field contents.
My crystal ball can't see what else is on your computer, nor
can I see what else is involved. Without knowing all details,
I can't comment on your specific issues.
Also, using the example for MNVCDUBE for
PROPERTY <DBRichTextControlCompID> SET_FOCUS 'TRUE'
PROPERTY <DBRichTextControlCompID> SHOW_EDITOR 'LASTCHAR'
My cursor goes to the first character and the Editor does
not pop up.
I bet you are not using the latest update/build of R:BASE 7.6
or Turbo V-8 for Windows.
As a rule, when in doubt, simply re-download the updates,
apply the appropriate update accordingly and see what you

are designed and tested using the current version/updates
of R:BASE 7.6, Turbo V-8 and R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 prior to
