Larry,

I'm using Arial narrow font for both the part# and barcode. Funny though,
the Zebra designer is using plain arial and it works like a charm. It must
be using some internal coding to fit everything on the label.

The part# has to be as large as possible. In RBase the largest font I can
use for the part# and have it fit 9 characters is 36.
When I use the Zebra Designer, I can get a 56 point font and the part# and
barcode fit quite nicely on a 1" by 4" label.

Are you sure you're using the same font in both applications? If so, I'd
expect the results to come out the same. Perhaps the Zebra Designer is
defaulting to a condensed or narrow font? Try Arial Narrow to squeeze more
horizontal characters in.
