It would intermittently open reports made by others. So I decided to
Uninstall, and Reinstall. After several times of Uninstall, Clean RBase
Registry Entries under Software, Reinstall, Reboots, with same results.

It looks like I got it fixed, by reinstalling my default printer.
In the process of this I found the samples had not been converted from
the (Build: 8.0.21.30515).

It was working good, until I clicked on the PCC label (I meant to grab
the sub report) and put that onto the report. The follow objects result
in this error: Label, Barcode, DBText, DBCalc, DBBarcode, System
Variable, Variable Label, Variable Barcode, and PCC Label. I noticed
most objects after putting them on the report form, the selector is
reset to the pointer, but not so for the previous mentioned objects.

When I put on a DBText, it used to allow me to put in the table/field
info. Now I have to close the report form and reopen the report, select
the object that was placed on the form previously and assign it the
table/field.

Hello Jack,

Can you explain exactly what you were trying to do while in the
Report Designer?

What control is being added? And, is it being placed on top of another
control?

Previous issues with this error were based upon a hardware conflict,
which were solved after restarting R:BASE.
