Yes. In R:Mail 2.6, you just list the email addresses separated by
semicolon just as in Outlook. In R:Mail 3.0, you issue multiple
ADD_RECIPIENT command to the plug-in.
Version 2.6 is much easier to implement, but 3.0 give you far more features
and flexibility.
