'On Click' if in a enhanced grid or the like and add 'Connect db_name' you
could of course add all the other stuff on top and before the connect part.
Razzak has an example in the SAT example provided.

This simple item should help. If not 'repost' I think it will get-Rrrr
done. ;)

Subject: [RBASE-L] - External form file

I'm doing a new project and have compiled my External form file, it
basically has 2 buttons make a sale or add inventory. For each button I
have compiled a rmd file to an exe telling each what to do, the only
difference is what form to start. When I start the Main form and press
button for sale it says 'no database connected', however the second
button(inventory) works fine, and after I close it then I can run my sale
button. I don't know what is happening because I can start the sale
straight from the sale.exe file,(in the external form my sale button is 'run
sale.exe'). Any suggestions.
