Mike is right, the "free" databases do not have form or report
generators, so the developer is on his own to find (ie purchase)
the appropriate tool such as Visual Basic and Crystal Reports.
Unfortunately, many people view Access as free even though
it really isn't. If you bought the more expensive version of Office,
Access will be in there, but not everyone has that version.
