In our case we use a combination of many types of documents, and also scan incoming into the same system so all account related docs are in the same place. Also many of the documents we save as PDF when generated are different types with different content, some created with variable info on the fly. There is a lot more than 1 standard doc with standard fill in's. Mark Lindner Lindner & Associates PC 254 Second Ave Needham MA 02494 781 247 1100 Fax 781 247 1143

A time-stamped record of the appearance and contents of certain documents at the time of generation. Ability to fulfill document requests without using the database. The possibility of maintaining "paper" copies of records without maintaining any actual paper. Integration with other document based systems (such as Sharepoint). -- Larry
