Yes, well, the caveat is that everything wants to be *centered* on the right
monitor.  If you wanted placement other than center, you'd have to touch
every form.

No, just the main menu forms, to make sure the window gets properly located.
Once you peg the form on the right monitor, everything else will launch
there and be centered.
