Emmitt, I have dual monitors and have separate icons on each monitor for a specific RB database (1 icon for development, 1 for testing).  Regardless of which monitor I start RB from, my MainMenu is centered on Monitor 1.  If I drag the menu to monitor 2 and open a form, it appears centered on monitor 2, regardless of which monitor RB was launched from.  OK, I couldn't resist: if the menu stradles the monitors, it seems the form will appear on the monitor with the larger portion of the main menu.

This behavior is a little different from previous versions of 7.6 (maybe a year ago?).  Used to be that the MainMenu would appear on the monitor from which RB was launched - that's why I had an icon on each monitor.

FYI:  Win 2k: Desktop|RightClick|Properties = Display Properties: Settings tab: Monitor 1 is primary monitor and Extend Win Desktop is checked.  Monitor 2: Primary Monitor not checked, Extend Win Desktop is checked.

Monitor 1 runs off the embedded motherboard video and is 1680x1050, Monitor 2 run off an old S3 video board in a PCI slot, resolution is 1024x768.

I've also written code that allows each user to drag a form wherever they want and save the coords in a table. A RUN SELECT positions the form in their saved location.  I can provide more info if that might work for you.

Some of our users now have multiple monitors configured as one large desktop.  When a 7.6 app sized at 800x600 is opened, it centers itself, which puts it half on each screen.

What settings can be used to position the application once and have all subsequent forms show up at the same place and the menus show up centered on the forms?
