Confession:  We don't do this.  We have the advantage of robot tasks running
24x7x365 to handle such trivia.

However, it seems like the proper solution to the stated problem.

I was wondering how many people utilize the ON CONNECT <do something> 
feature of RBase since it is working so wonderfully.

I have utilized this since its inception and find it helps immeasurably to 
keep things in order.

I am really fond of ON CONNECT RUN SELECT.
