Dick, I have version 9.0.1.10511 and themes are definitely there. When you have form open and go to the Object Property of the base form you may see only 3 or 4 tabs. To the right of the tabs are 3 arrows; left, right and down. Choose the down arrow and you should see a list (mine shows 9 items). Themes is second from the bottom.
