I bet you are overwhelmed!
While in Form Designer, clicking on the [Form Properties]
icon of the [Edit] tool bar or using [F11] key, you may
access the [Themes] tab either by clicking on the right
[>] navigation button until you see [Themes] or simply
select "Themes" by clicking on arrow down [v] button.

Also, note that the "RBThemes9.dll" is installed with the
RBG90_32.exe, such as \RBTI\RBG90_32\ folder.
If you are not sure, you may download the full installer
for a fresh installation, if you wish.
