I would highly recommend Trend WorryFree Business. This used to be their
SMB product, which I've used for years. Very easy to deploy via GPO,
domain login script, or direct push through web-ui. I've NEVER had
issues with false positives on system files, bad definition updates, out
of control processes, etc with this product. Rolled the latest version
out to a customer who was on the previous version, and was flawless and
painless. A milestone upgrade does require reboots, and disrupts network
activity briefly.

I've also used Symantec from v7.5, which is now at 11.x I believe. Not
for the feint of heart because it does require a bit of planning to
deploy, but protects your environment very well. It has had it's issues
with high process utilization, and your server will need to be big and
healthy, especially if you scan an Exchange store. This is also
relatively rock-solid, but the customer support has been slipping in the
past few years, and they've suffered a couple of glitches in the upgrade
process from v9 to 10, and 10 to 11, in addition to milestone upgrades
in the 11.x area. I will say I've got this product running at work with
no issues now for 2 years.

I also have had experience with Vipre, but abandoned it because of a
release that brought my clients production facility to it's knees with
out of control process utilization.

I've posted my thoughts/rants on my blog if you are interested:

Overall, I would stick with Trend.
