I know this is a silly question, but what RBase version were they on? If it's an earlier version there won't be an RB4 file. Karen Hi A user had a crash a month ago and has been trying to "fix" the problem on his own. long story short, they only have recent RB1 2 and 3 files, can I rebuild the RB4 file somehow?
