R:BASE is not looking at the "databases" as much as it
is looking look for all .RX1 or .RB1 files listed in the
current directory.
This logic is in place as the Database Explorer display
for "Databases" will automatically refresh the list when
a database is moved, copied, reloaded without having
R:BASE to be restarted.
