Razz,
After some serious searching and hair pulling I solved the problem, but now
need an answer to why?
The problem has to do with an image I was loading. In my on before start EEP
in
the main menu form I loaded a variable image(app 500k) from a table, to have as
a background for that menu(which I has since just put it as an image). The
only
change I made from 7.6 to 9.0 was not load that image. In 7.6 everything
worked
fine across a network using that image, in 9.0 it locks up across a network
loading the file but will run fine if I don't load image. To be clear-that is
absolutely the only change I made. Has anyone else had this happen or could
test it.

Tom,
My crystal ball is not working. Too early in the morning
here.
Why don't you post all details, including the contents
of "On Before Start" EEP, so someone can better analyze
and help you solve the issue.
You may have gotten away with certain procedures in the
previous versions, but you must be up to par when using
R:BASE eXtreme 9.0. It might be a very simple thing but
I cannot comment without knowing all details.
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
