Jan, Use the "NULL Format" option of DB Text Properties. Here's how: While in report designer, right-click on the appropriate DB Text object and select NULL Format. Use N/A as the default value for all NULL (blank) column values, if any. Use the same technique for all appropriate DB Text objects on that report.
