Yes. This is all on one PC. Both full versions of 8 and 7.5
installed. I can go from 7.5 to 7.5 and v8 to v8 using Dsnless, but
have not succeeded in v8 to 8.5

Does the V8 machine have a fully-installed copy of 7.5? If not, you
won't have that 7.5 driver installed on that particular machine.
