That sort of helped, I had to click on the minimized Rbase button on
the task bar a few times
then it showed up in the upper left of the desktop. I resized the
window. Exited, click the
short cut again and RBase did not open, it was minimized but if I
click the task bar it opens
like it use to.
So I am getting closer each time. I will keep playing with it,
maybe I will get lucky!

Once you adjust the main R:BASE window (Database Explorer), make sure
to switch between the
other options as well, such as, External Form Files, Applications,
Command Files, etc., and
then close and Exit R:BASE. This exercise will let R:BASE save new
settings (coordinates)
in the registry.
A new R:BASE session with correct coordinates should start as it should.
