Bernie, List Constraints doesn't show the lost/broken ones.
Start the database explorer. Go to Tables. Right-click on each table, and choose "Design table." Click on the tab for Indexes and Keys. Then click on each foreign key, and make sure it shows the correct table and column. If not, delete the key, save the table, come back and create it again.
