Jim: Had one more thought. It is very rare, but on occasion it's happened that when I convert a report from an earlier version that the breaks don't evaluate properly. Things located in the break don't get printed, etc...
If there's anything in the break header or break footer, I copy the controls to any other report band temporarily. Then I go into Reports / Breaks and remove the break, save the report. Then add the break back in, move the controls back, and it always seems to "fix" it! Karen
