Another thing we noticed about these regions is that they only move if the region they reference will overlap them. They do not move just because the reference region got taller.
So, to be really easy to manage, the regions should touch each other and be set up so the layout looks the way we want. Each region should reference the region just above it. That way, the vertical spacing between elements on the report is always the same. QED. Dennis McGrath
