Good suggestion! I'll ask the client to try to print the test page. I'm sure drivers are the problem. Karen I have the 321 working under V8 with no problem. Are you using the OKI drivers in your windows setup ? You may have used the IBM PRD file but most likely should not use the windows setup for IBM but the one for OKI Can you successfully print the windows test page from the windows printer properties page ?
