I sorted all three date columns in that table, corrected anything that looked remotely odd, and tried again. I still get the same error. I also put a date format in the table settings just to be safe and that made no difference. This is a slave table. The table associated with this grid has three date fields. One date field in particular, has many NULLS because we only use it under certain circumstances.
