Sami, Jason & Bill,
Thanks for your responses. Glad to hear that it is not just me who
has been inadvertently making a bit of a mess of reports.
Sami, Jason & Bill, and John,
The RBG9 RDCC has been unable to replicate this issue, with tests
performed on several operating systems.
Perhaps there is a common program or utility that each of you is
running while R:BASE is also being used.
When each of you are able to replicate this issue, please send an
email to the RBG9 RDCC mailto:[email protected]
detailing the following:
Operating System
. Windows XP, 2003, Vista, 7, 2008, etc.
. Version
. Service Pack
. Updates
Programs
. Programs running while R:BASE is running
. Anti-Virus installed, exceptions in place
. Utilities running while R:BASE is running
. Schedules tasks
. Automatic backups
We can then attempt to make a comparison as to what may be causing the problem.
Best regards,
John Minyo II
