I am experiencing a mysterious new problem using WIN7 with

Has anyone encountered this and how do I fix it?
FWIW, incompatible and outdated PLUGIN(s) used with Compiled
EXEs in Windows 7 (64) and Windows 2008 (64) environments
will result in such a behavior.
To test this scenario, move all Plugins (.RBLs) from the .EXE
folder, run the compiled .exe, and then exit the application,
and see what you get.
Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
