I am experiencing a mysterious new problem using WIN7 with two compiled applications, mostly not running simultaneously. On exit, the .exe doesn't get released in the Task Manager | Processes. Sometimes even two instances will get hung up. Consequently, the ensuing de-synchronization of the DB files causes a major slowdown of operations. Has anyone encountered this and how do I fix it?
