He can't edit the form itself.

I unloaded two forms running 7.6 on the 7.6 copy of the database and imported them into the 9.1 copy (running 9.1). They are visible in Form Preview but are not editable. I can run them in Enter and Edit mode from Form Designer. Doug Bill Downall wrote: Doug, I think I had that problem once.
