If you put your options into a table there is no redundancy and it is very flexible.

The reason I do not change the order of the menu is that the menu is in that specific order to follow the flow of product from incoming to shipping, each step the product takes goes in that order.. Certain people are processing just a part of that flow and are looking to have those items highlighted to make it quicker for them, but they also sometimes use the other menu items, so I cannot just disable all but those items for those users since they may have to use the other ones from time to time. I may make a separate node just for them, but I hate to have redundancy in my menus. Frank Taylor - Information Technology Administrator F.J. O'Hara & Sons, Inc - Araho Transfer Inc. We already knew that you only DISABLE/ENABLE nodes, not make them VISIBLE 'FALSE'. I guess you could always request an enhancement. I am using a tree view as my main menu in RB9.1, prior to this I used Group bars in 7.6. I assigned a component ID to the sub-nodes that they wanted to be highlighted, but I cannot seem to find a property command that would allow me to change the color or font of that sub-node. For the time being I added an image next to those Items, and removed the images from the others, but my users are not quite sold on it. Is there a property command that I am not seeing that will allow me to control a sub-node's caption, color, or font ? If not, anyone have any work around suggestions ?
