I create a file called "rbase.dat", place it in each database directory, and
put the following in it:

connect test
PROPERTY application TITLE 'testdb R>'

The property names the open session on the task bar so I know which one I am
in. I would change the title to the database it opens.

For those of you who participated in my folly yesterday, I have a question.

I run 2 working Rbase's on my computer, handy for cut and paste etc.

Yesterday I didn't know which one I was working in and created myself a
headache.

Thought I would go in and change the RPrompt console colors in one so I
could always tell where I was.

These reside in different directories, but under the same master
directory. Lo and behold changing

the background console colors in one, changes them in the other.

Leads me to believe the information is stored in the database, but it
happens even if I am disconnected.

Ah the mysteries of life.
