When I install Rbase 9.1 32 as an administator on a work station (attached to a Windows 2008 Domain) it runs just fine. If I then log off and re login as a user that is not an admin, the app seems to run just fine, but the R> appears strange. Instead of a blue background with white letters, it is a white background with black letters. When I type DIR from a R>, the spacing of the letters in DIR is irregular, and changes as I type. If I go back to being an admin, everthing works fine again. What am I doing wrong?
Here's how: While logged-in as "user" that is not an Admin on that particular workstation, run or double-click on the "RBG91_32_Default_Settings.exe" utility included in the default RBG91_32 folder, such as C:\RBTI\RBG91_32 RBG91_32_Default_Settings.exe Running this utility will define all "Default R:BASE Settings" for that particular user on that particular workstation. Have fun! Very Best R:egards, Razzak.
