Dan: I mentioned to them (a small family-owned company) that RBase 7.6 came out long before Windows 7 did. But they said they would upgrade to 9.5 only if I guaranteed that it would fix their problem (ie: refund their purchase price). I feel uncomfortable making any kind of guarantee to a client if my money would be on the line!
